Should you count calories?

Let’s zoom out for a moment.

Did your ancestors—who were lean, strong, and fertile—ever count calories?
Do wild animals track their macros?
Why is it that humans, supposedly the most intelligent species, are the only ones confused about what to eat?

Something’s broken.
And no—it’s not your willpower.
It’s the entire system that turned eating into a numbers game.
A system designed not for your health, but for profit.
This isn’t wellness. This is anti-human.

The Problem with Calorie Counting

Calorie counting sounds solid on paper:
Eat less than you burn, and you’ll lose weight.

Sure. It works… on a spreadsheet.
But life isn’t a spreadsheet.

Some consequences take years—sometimes decades—to show.
So judging food purely by numbers is not just shallow, it’s dangerous.

I’ve personally gained fat, lost it, and kept it off for years.
I’ve helped over 80 people do the same.
Not once did I—or they—calculate daily calorie intake.

Why? Because food is more than just fuel.
It’s behavior. Hormones. Emotion. Culture.

Reducing food to numbers disconnects you from your body.
You stop asking:
“Am I hungry?”
“Do I need more food right now?”
And instead you ask:
“Does this fit my macros?”

That’s how people end up eating ice cream—because “it fits.”
That’s not discipline. That’s delusion.

We Were Fit Long Before We Had Numbers

Let’s apply some logic.
When did humans start getting fat?

Most people say it’s when food became abundant.
But here’s the truth: it started when food became fake.

For 99.9% of our existence, humans didn’t even know what a calorie was.
And yet, we were lean, muscular, and full of vitality.
Because we ate real food—what nature intended.
We stopped when we were full. We listened to our instincts.

Now? You need an app to tell you when to stop eating.
That’s not evolution. That’s regression.

The $20 Trillion Industry Built on Your Confusion

Here’s the part no one tells you:

There’s $10 trillion flowing through the food industry.
And another $10 trillion through healthcare.

That’s $20 trillion fueled by keeping you confused, sick, and dependent.

The food industry makes you fat.
Then the healthcare industry profits by “fixing” it.
It’s a trap.

70–80% of nutritional research is funded by pharma companies.
Which means—yes—they control the narrative.
They decide what you believe is “science.”

Ever wonder why “moderation” gets pushed so hard?
Or why “seed oils aren’t that bad”?
Because that belief keeps you buying their products—and their pills.

“Oh, where’s the data to back that up?”

it’s just gay!

You don’t need another study. You need clarity.

When your body is healthy and your mind is sharp, you don’t need their f*cking pills.

The Real Cost of Counting Calories

“Stay within your calories,” they say.
So you eat trash… as long as it fits your macros.

But here’s what they don’t tell you:

  • Your energy crashes.

  • Your hormones go haywire.

  • You struggle with sleep, focus, and emotions.

And when it’s time to start a family?
You’ll need their help again just so you can have an IVF baby

because your body no longer functions naturally.

Why? Because somewhere along the way you thought:
“This ice cream fits in my macros.”

And in doing so, you traded your instinct for math.
And Sacrificed your entire Bloodline.

The Way Out

Listen.
There is a way to eat when you’re hungry…
Eat until you’re full…
And still get into the best shape of your life.

It’s not easy in this world—but it’s simple.

Here’s what you do:

  • Eat God-made food.

    • Mostly animal products: meat, eggs, fish, butter.

    • Some fruits—because nature made them to be eaten.

  • Avoid anything that comes from seeds. All seeds.

  • Avoid anything with a long list of ingredients—especially stuff your ancestors wouldn’t recognize.

No counting. No weighing.
Just reconnect with your biology.

Watch how you start to feel better.
Stronger. Sharper. Leaner. Clearer.

Calorie counting is just a tool.
Sure, it can show you how different foods compare.
100g watermelon = 30 calories.
100g almonds = 600.

But when you understand what your body was designed to eat,
You’ll choose that Watermelon anyway.

So stop eating like a statistic.
Eat like a human.
And you’ll look, feel, and perform like one.
